This public site targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA and is designed to align with the Revised Section 508 web accessibility criteria where applicable.

Automated testing is evidence, not certification. Candidate releases are checked with Playwright across desktop and mobile browser profiles, axe accessibility rules, Lighthouse quality budgets, deterministic contract checks, and link validation.

Interaction and display

• Keyboard-visible focus and a skip link are provided.
• Primary navigation remains available at narrow widths.
• Theme choices support System, Light, and Dark; explicit choices persist locally.
• The layout supports reflow to 320 CSS pixels without intentional horizontal page scrolling.
• Reduced-motion and forced-colors preferences are respected.
• External links use a visible ↗ indicator plus an assistive-technology notification and preserve this site in the current browsing context.
